GETTING STARTED

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, You do not need an account to place an order.

However for a faster checkout  and a personalized shopping experience (wish list, cart, etc.) we highly recommend you to take a minute to create your account (no financial nor marketing information is collected)

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order

No problem,  just message us to shop@theclothingvault.com as soon as possible so we can cancel or change the order to your preference.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

PayPal allows us to to offer you the possibility to check out with any major credit card.

Money Orders and Cashiers Checks are also accepted but please contact us first and we will be happy to assist you with your purchase.

We do not have a direct merchant account with Visa, MasterCard and American Express (but they are all accepted through PayPal).

Do I need a Paypal account to pay with Credit Card?

No, you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with Credit Card.

After filling out your shipping information in Checkout, click “Proceed to Paypal”.  You should see a screen similar to what’s shown below.  Click on “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” and you will be taken to a screen to process your payment.

Paypal is a secure payment processor.  For your protection we do not collect your credit or debit card information.

Do I Need to Pay Taxes?

Only if you live in Arizona. We collect sales taxes as regulated by the state of Arizona. 5.6% for the State of Arizona and then a smaller percentage per county (see chart)

Do I need to pay Customs Taxes?

It depends on the country, the item you are buying, the amount of the purchase, the weight, etc. For example some countries will exempt customs fees because of light weight or low value. Please consult your local Customs Office.

Yes we do. We offer United States Postal Services USPS Priority Mail and First Class Service with Delivery confirmation and Insurance.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes we do, domestic and international. Depending on your purchase, weight, volume we will make sure to maximize the space in your package in a professional manner.

Just message us before or after your purchase and let us know when you are ready to pay and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Why is the Tracking Number provided for the order not working or wrong?

It is very unusual but sometimes during major holidays, natural disasters or catastrophes the data provided by USPS to check on the progress of the package might show as already delivered or in progress to a different country.

PLEASE ALLOW 48 hs. so USPS can correct the data problem and upload the correct information. If the problem still persist, please contact us so we can place immediately a track and trace request.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Estimated Delivery windows for:

DOMESTIC PACKAGES

FIRST CLASS: 1 to 3 days (usually 3 to 4 days)

PRIORITY MAIL: 1 to 3 days (usually 2 days)

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES

FIRST CLASS: No averages provided by USPS but usually 2 to 4 weeks.

PRIORITY MAIL: 6 to 10 business days

ATTENTION BUYERS: Sometimes USPS experiences delays during major holidays, natural disasters or minor catastrophes.

What Shipping Companies and Services do you use?

We ship all our items with USPS, or United States Postal Service.

All packages will be shipped via First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the item.

We also offer Priority Express if you need your item sooner.
